How to make the kidney cleanse / detox juice?

You need:

    . A glass of clean water

   . Beetroot (1)

.  2 Apples

.Two stalks of celery

. A juicer or a blender

Directions:

  . Wash beetroot, celery, and hole the apple, and then cut it into small pieces.

. Add them to a blender or juicer and add a glass of water.

   Press the juice into a glass and serve.

It is advised to consume this drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
