Chapter 11

Going back to the room I emerged from was becoming tasking since I couldn't remember which room it was . There was no label whatsoever I could make use of. I was becoming more annoyed with each passing moment. I decided to check out other rooms I saw along the hallway while looking for the laundry room. As I was walking I came across this particular door that seemed different from the others ,that was what got my attention. Turning the door handle ,it opened immediately ,I guess it was never locked in the first place. Stepping my foot inside, I was greeted by cobwebs, which says a lot and that tells me that nobody has been here in ages.. Which makes me wonder why. I was surprised with the series of pictures hung up on the walls when I looked around, it wasn't just the pictures , how can a room this huge and beautifully decorated be filled with pictures and antiques. I decided to go through each one. So far the pictures were filled with people I couldn't recognize except one, it was Lucio when he was young,say about ten years old . He looked so innocent and handsome but that menacing look in his gaze when he stared at you was still there. It makes me wonder why he was always so stiff ,what made him become like that? .

Going through each photo , I came across a picture that had V as its design round the edges, Wow wonderful.  

I stopped when a particular picture caught my attention, it was a picture of a woman when she was young, but it wasn't just any woman but that particular young lady was a replica of my mother. The wine colored natural hair that flowed down to her waist and those piercing green eyes which my brother inherited looking back at me. I was confused , how is this possible..? As far as I know my mom had no twin sister and I was never told of one. While growing up it was only my mom and her distant cousin brother who I always heard of but never met.

Then what is my mom's picture doing in Valerie's family group photograph holding that little child? It was becoming more confusing that I had to step out of the room. My thoughts were in a mess. I was walking absentmindedly when my head hit something and I fell down.

" ouch! What da fudge ball was that'..?
