Chapter 4
"As long as you do as you are told,then you won't have any problem with Lucio.
I was about to meet the man my Dad has arranged for me to marry.
'Dad, why are you doing this...?
"Mira Am doing this for us, i can't give up on my business,i am going to go bankrupt if i don't do anything about it.."
'So, you are doing this for money . My happiness and everything,you are going to throw that away just for your business..''?
I felt hurt, heartbroken and betrayed, it makes me question all the care and love dad has ever shown us.
'Dad, did you ever love me…
I saw a flicker of pain in his eyes but it was gone the next second like it never appeared in the first place. There was dead silence in the room. We were meeting in one of the hotels owned by the man who I was supposed to marry.
This was the highest hotel in Italy and I wondered how my dad got connected to its owner. I wasn't happy at all,not that i don't wish my dad success but not this way.
I kept my head down cos i was moody, i didn't want to look at my father nor see anyone.
The menu of the restaurant were all Classic dishes but I was not interested or hungry,I was busy thinking about which old man would be interested in a 20 year old. After a while I felt a cold aura around me, lifting my head, my eyes connected to the most beautiful man I have ever laid my eyes on.
