Chapter 6

I was still in shock, I couldn't believe he was not mute.Ha! What an irony! Here I was making a fool of myself thinking he was mute while he thought the same of me. 

What an arrogant jerk! I was beyond furious, I felt like strangling him.

" So you are not mute.."? My question came.

My Dad looked even more confused.

" Can you explain what's going on young lady….?" 

My dad said getting upset for no reason, I'm the one who is furious and embarrassed here, imagine signing,he must think am stupid, why would he be angry. The arrogant jerk just kept quite like he wasn't even the bone of contention here.

''Who da fudge ball do you think you are…"?

''you might be a big shot, but that doesn't mean 

you have the right to make others Look stupid.." 

Just as I finished speaking ,my dad walked up to me and gave me a big slap on the face. I couldn't believe it, my dad has never hit me before. It stung but I wasn't going to shed a tear in front of this man. My dad turned to him and started apologizing.

" Lucio,I'm sorry about my daughter.."?

 " She seems out of it lately, maybe because she lost her mother early …" My dad said. 

" I will send her wedding dress later this evening ,everything is being arranged.."

" I will never marry you!!.." I shouted at him but because it was a VIP section,there was nobody to witness the drama. After saying that I ran out of the hotel which brings me to my present state.Now there was no one to see me cry,just I and nature, I freely let my tears pour down.

How could I marry that man? He is so selfish and arrogant and what made me scared about him was his cold eyes which promised endless suffering if I marry him. What can I do ,I am helpless .Even if I run away, what about my brother? I can't be selfish,I had no option than to re

sign to fate.
